Shipping & Collection
We offer FREE standard shipping to anywhere in Australia, for orders over $80.
For orders under $80, the shipping cost you pay will be calculated by using your location and the weight of your parcel, and pricing will be displayed at checkout.
For an accurate shipping quote, please place the items you wish to order into your shopping cart, proceed to the view my cart page, and enter your postcode into the box on the right hand side. Shipping options will appear for your review.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and freight costs are payable in addition to the product price, if your item does not qualify for Free Shipping.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We pride ourselves on getting your products to you as fast as we can. All orders placed by 10am on a business day, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10am, will be shipped the next business day. Couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Depending on your location, and the shipping service used, average lead times for delivery are 1-6 business days. During peak seasons, Christmas & Easter, there can be some slight delays.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We currently use a range of shipping agents including Australia Post, Fastway, Couriers Please and Startrack.
If you have not selected and paid for a particular service, then we will select the appropriate agent to ensure you get your items as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We are able to ship to PO Boxes using Australia Post only. Couriers are only able to ship to physical street addresses.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
Deliveries are during business hours, and items will require a signature on delivery. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, a calling card will be left. This card will contain details to contact the courier to arrange a suitable re-delivery date, or to advise item is available for collection at your local post office.
If you do not contact the courier, or collect your item within a reasonable time frame, the item may be returned to us. If returned, we will contact you and either arrange another delivery (at an additional cost to you), or we will arrange a refund of the order value less any incurred delivery costs.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE IN THE ESTIMATED TIME FRAME?
If you have any problems with your delivery, please contact us via phone or email and we will work with you to address any issues you have.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?
We can ship to other selected Countries using various carriers. If you are enquiring from overseas, please send us an email with the items you are wanting, and the country you are in, and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
Please note: not all items that we currently sell are able to be sold overseas, and you will be advised at the time if we are unable to ship to your country
CLICK ‘N’ COLLECT ORDERS
ALL Click & Collect Orders will be available for collection BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and MUST be paid for before collecting.
Please make contact with us via PHONE (1300 738 222) to ensure your order is ready.
Our pickup points are located in Narangba and Woodford (Queensland Only) and an address will be provided after payment has been received.
Click ‘N’ Collect orders paid via our website carry the following conditions:
# Orders will ONLY be released to the account holder
# Copy of Order Receipt is required
# Credit Card Payments – credit card will need to be sighted at collection point
# Photo ID may be required
There are NO payment options available at the pickup point.
