Returns & Exchanges

NOTE: No credits/refunds/exchanges can be given without speaking with one of our representatives first.  We will need to issue you with a return address and number PRIOR to you sending the item back, otherwise we will not be able to process your return

We would like to think that our buyers are happy with all of their purchases from our store, however if in any manner you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss the reasons why you are not satisfied with your purchase so as we can try to rectify this with you.

Our returns policy is as follows:

# Please contact us first to discuss the issue and for a return to be authorised

# Goods must be in their original packaging and unopened

# Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt

# Any shipping costs to return the item are at the buyers expense. If we are charged any fees, these will be deducted from your refund.

# Goods must be returned via Australia Post only, we are unable to accept returns via any other carrier at this stage

# We will not be held liable for any lost or damaged goods returned via Australia Post

# If we have made an error with your order, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the problem to be resolved at our cost

# Shipping costs are non-refundable for any unclaimed or returned packages where shipping has been fulfilled as promised

 

WHAT IF I HAVE HAD THE ITEM MORE THAN 14 DAYS?

Items returned after 14 days may not qualify for a refund, or may incur additional fees. Please contact us to discuss this.

 

CAN I RETURN OPENED FOOD PRODUCTS?

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food, treats or any edible items that are opened due to strict health regulations.

Some food manufacturers will offer a “palatability guarantee”, but only on selected items and sizes.

Please make your selections carefully, and double check your order before submitting.

 

THE ORDER I RECEIVED WAS DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

If you have received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged carton/item to us at sales@petaccessorieswarehouse.com.au, include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
